WolfPack Athlete of the Week (Dec. 1, 2024):

Outside hitter Maria Dancheva was the picture of efficiency this past weekend, leading the 'Pack to a perfect sweep over the Saskatchewan Huskies in Saskatoon.
 
Racking up 20 kills in just six sets, Dancheva made just one error on Friday night as she hit .524 per cent with 12 kills and a pair of block assists in a 3-0 win. The product of Bulgaria followed that up with eight kills and three block assists on Saturday as TRU completed the perfect weekend with another 3-0 sweep.

Dancheva and the 'Pack will be back in action next semester when they start the second half of their season at home against the Winnipeg Wesmen Jan. 10-11.
