WolfPack Athlete of the Week (Sep. 13, 2022):
Forward Emily Clark had an amazing weekend for the WolfPack, helping her squad to a four-point outing on home soil.
The biology major from Kamloops tallied twice on the weekend, scoring the first goal of her Canada West career on Friday before adding another marker on Saturday.
With time winding down on Friday and the game tied at 2, Clark corralled a ball on the edge of the 18-yard box, spun past a defender and fired a curling shot that found the back of the net and gave the WolfPack the win.
Clark opened the scoring on Saturday, fighting hard in a tangle of players to poke the ball into the back of the net to help the WolfPack to a 2-2 draw.
Next up for Clark and the 'Pack is a trip to Alberta where they will take on the Mount Royal Cougars and Lethbridge Pronghorns this weekend.
