WolfPack Athlete of the Week (Oct. 4, 2022):

Rookie Alexis Virgo led the way this past weekend for a WolfPack women's soccer team that hung tough with a pair of divisional opponents.

The defender from Ottawa, ON played all 180 minutes in a pair of games that saw the 'Pack fall to the UVic Vikes and UBC Thunderbirds out on the road.

Virgo was a big part in limiting both the Vikes and Thunderbirds offence in losses of 1-0 and 3-1 to the perennial powerhouses. 

Next up for Virgo and the 'Pack is a home-and-home set with the UBC Okanagan Heat. The WolfPack will host the Heat on Friday night before journeying to Kelowna on Saturday.
