Clark was hired as the head coach of TRU’s men’s basketball program in 2010, becoming the third head coach in the WolfPack program’s Canada West history.

Since his arrival, the TRU men’s program has improved year after year. In the 2015-16 season, he led the WolfPack to their first Canada West divisional title in the Explorer Division and their first-ever berth to the U SPORTS Basketball National Final 8 en route to being named the conference coach of the year. After rebuilding the program upon his arrival to Kamloops, Clark and the 'Pack qualified for the Canada West playoffs in six out of the seven seasons from 2013-2020.

Clark has coached 10 Canada West All-Stars, as well as winners of both the Canada West and U SPORTS Defensive Player of the Year and Student-Athlete Community Service Award winner.

Prior to joining the 'Pack Clark spent 15 years with the Simon Fraser University Clan, leading their men’s basketball team. Under his leadership, the team made the playoffs ten years in a row. Clark holds a Master’s degree in coaching. He attended the National Coaching Institute in Victoria, BC and has been a U SPORTS coach for over 20 years. He is married to his lovely wife, Carla and has two stepsons, Brett, who played five years with the WolfPack, and Cole, who ran for one season with the TRU cross country team. Clark is very committed to his player’s success on and off the court along with their involvement in the community.
