The 2019 USPORTS Cross Country Nationals are set for this weekend in Kingston, Ontario.  There will be two members of the Thompson Rivers University WolfPack in attendance.

Calum Carrigan (2^nd year, Kamloops, BC) and Zoe Painter (3^rd year, Whitehorse, YT)  will be the only TRU runners competing. They will be accompanied by head coach Carmin Mazzotta.

Both athletes competed at the Canada West championships in Calgary a couple of weeks ago.  Both were the team's top finishers.   Painter was 58 th in the 8 kilometer run in a time of 34:38. Carrigan was 63^rd in the 10 kilometer run in a time of 36:15.

The two were also competitors last year when the U SPORTS Nationals were held in Victoria.  Painter was 139 th in a time of 33 minutes 23.1 seconds. Carrigan finished in 143 rd spot in a time of 36 minutes, 14 seconds.
