COMMENTS BY COACH JOHN ANTULOV:
"I thought it was a game that we played very well. We were steady defensively in the first half. In the second half, we really took control of the game. We defended very well and attacked very well. We had four or five good scoring opportunities to make it 2-0. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get that elusive second goal. In injury time, we made a bit of a mistake on a set piece. They were able to tie it. At the end of the day, the boys are a bit disappointed to give some points away. From a coaching perspective, the way we rebounded after a bit of a sluggish game against Trinity Western we rebounded and showed a lot of fight and spirit. We have to take the positives from that going forward this week against Saskatchewan and McEwan and have to continue to play in the vain. Really happy with our defensive side of our game this year. We just have to work on the offensive side a bit better. We did create some opportunities, we just need to finish."
