KAMLOOPS – Thompson Rivers University WolfPack director of athletics and recreation,
Curtis Atkinson and the entire WolfPack family are pleased to announce that Jude Mitton has committed to the 'Pack.
A Kamloops local, Jude embodies everything that a WolfPack student-athlete strives to be. His courage, leadership, perseverance and unwavering positive attitude made it clear that he would have an immediate impact for the WolfPack.
"We are extremely excited to welcome Jude to the WolfPack," said Atkinson. "He is someone who leads by example, and every single member of our department is better for having Jude join us."
The product of Lloyd George Elementary School was unveiled as the 'Pack's newest recruit to a standing ovation at TRU's student-athlete orientation.
Jude will join the men's soccer team for their pre-game starting line-up this Friday night at 7:45 p.m. while his sister Kaia and cousin Claire will sing the national anthem prior to the contest. All season long the WolfPack are committed to raising funds and awareness to combat Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
Today - September 7, 2022 – the WolfPack are asking all those to help Jude and others on World Duchenne Awareness Day.
