Joining the WolfPack in 2022-23, Todd Warnick is the fourth coach to lead the 'Pack during their Canada West tenure.
Warnick joins TRU after spending the past 12 seasons as head coach of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) Ooks women's basketball program. During his run with NAIT, Warnick has helped the team claim an Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) championship, a silver medal as well as a pair of bronzes, while also finishing third in the nation in 2015-16 at the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) championships.
Prior to joining NAIT, Warnick was head coach of the Concordia University of Edmonton from 2006-2009 where he led the Thunder to a ACAC Championship in 2007-08 and was named the ACAC Coach of the Year in 2006-07.
Warnick's first head coaching job at the college level came with the men's program at Vancouver Island University from 2001-06, a tenure that included a national bronze medal in 2004-05.
Alongside his work as a head coach, Warnick also serves as a mentor coach in the Coaching Association of Canada's Female Apprentice Coach Program.
