Cassie Morris has started all 41 career U SPORTS matches. She had five shots in 2018-19 (four on goal) and has been “Leader of the Pack” in countless matches over the last two seasons. She says the best things about being a member of the WolfPack is the team environment, which makes her feel like she has a second family, as well as giving back to the community. Her favourite event from last year was  Raise a Reader because it’s nice to help such a great cause. Her words of advice to incoming athletes is “never forget the bus essentials-pillow, blanket, headphones and snacks.” Cassie started playing soccer at age five but played basketball and volleyball competitively as well in high school. Her greatest sports moment came when her Kamloops Youth Soccer Association rep team won provincials in 2015. In her last year of minor soccer, she played alongside current TRU teammates Emily Mann, Georgia Aldus and Gwen Freeze. Cassie enjoys all sports, hiking and reading.  If she could dine with a celebrity it would be Canadian soccer star Christine Sinclair.
