WolfPack Athlete of the Week (Jan. 26, 2026):

Second-year middle Maria Dancheva was a force to be reckoned with all weekend as the No. 4 nationally ranked 'Pack picked up a split on home court. 

The product of Pazardzhik, Bulgaria had 14 blocks, 11 kills and a pair of aces. A science major, Dancheva has played a large role in the WolfPack's 12-4 record this season as the team eyes hosting a playoff series for the first time in program history.

Dancheva and the 'Pack are back in action this coming weekend when they host the Alberta Pandas at 5:30 p.m. on Friday and 3:00 p.m. on Saturday in what will be their final regular season home games of 2025-26.
