Members of the PACWEST champion Thompson Rivers University WolfPack women's soccer team were a part of the annual ABC Family Litracy Day at the Henry Grube Centre on Saturday (Jan 26). They helped entertain the children by playing soccer with them. Sports Information Officer Larry Read, who is a member of the Raise a Reader Literacy Project and has been a part of Family Literacy Day for the last six years, was also in attendance reading the book "Dino Soccer" to Children. WolfPack players Abbey McAuley, Chloe McAuley, Sarah Gomes, Marlie Rittinger, Taylor Miller, Bronwyn Crawford and Laura Smylie took time away from their studies to volunteer their time.
