The University of Winnipeg Wesmen have become masters of scoring over 100 points in a Canada West men's basketball game this year. The Wesmen hit the century mark for a sixth straight time and needed an extra period to down the Thompson Rivers University WolfPack 100-94.
The WolfPack led 42-40 at the half and had 30 points out of fifth year forward
Derek Rhodes.
The Wesmen, now 11-4 on the year got 31 points from Adam Benrabah.
TRU falls to 5-8 on the year.
SYNOPSIS
The WolfPack led 25-17 after the first quarter. But were outscored 43-41 in the second quarter. They turned over the ball 13 times to Winnipeg's 12.
