CALGARY – The University of Calgary women's basketball team secured a sweep with a 110-31 win over the Thompson Rivers WolfPack Saturday evening at the Jack Simpson Gym.
The Dinos saw five players reach double digits in points, with
Louise Rouse leading the way a double-double off the bench, finishing with 21 points and 11 rebounds.
Myriam Kone was second in the scoring column with 17, and
Mya Proctor tallied 15 as the top scorers.
Rookie
Sydney Vollrath amassed a career-high 14 points for TRU, going 6-10 from the floor, including 2-4 from behind the arc. Fellow rookie
Kate De La Mare finished with 12 rebounds for the 'Pack.
Up next the WolfPack will travel to Kelowna to faceoff against the UBCO Heat in two early afternoon games.
