The Thompson Rivers WolfPack men's basketball team is preparing for one last game in 2025 as they wrap up the first semester on home court.

Hosting the UNBC Timberwolves on Friday at 7:30 p.m., it will be just the one night of action in the TCC this weekend.

TRU (7-4) will be looking to end their semester on a high. It's been a difficult stretch for a TRU squad that jumped out of the gates at 7-0, the best start to a season in program history, before falling in four-straight games. It was a pair of tight contests last weekend for a TRU squad that fell 72-66 and 72-68 in Abbotsford to the UFV Cascades. The 'Pack were right with UFV in both contests but came just shy of victory.

UNBC (2-9) enters the weekend on the heels of seven-straight defeats. The Timberwolves started their season 2-2 before being swept by the UBC Okanagan Heat, Fraser Valley Cascades and UVic Vikes in back-to-back-to-back weeks.

The WolfPack won all three games that the teams played last season and are 21-9 all-time against UNBC.
