
The Thompson Rivers University WolfPack have ended their 2012 California/Arizona Spring Training with a defeat. T he WolfPack fell 8-1 to the host Paradise Valley Community College Pumas 8-1.

The ‘Pack could only come up with one hit. And that came off the bat of outfielder Brent Carmichael (Victoria, BC) who was one for two on the day.

Steve Latos (RHP, Lloydminster, AB) was the losing pitcher. He went four innings, giving up four hits, two earned runs, walking two and striking out three. The Pack finished at 2 and 6 on the trip.
The WolfPack return home and don’t play again until March 3
rd. They have a doubleheader against the Douglas College Royals in Surrey, BC.
Thompson Rivers opens their Canadian College Baseball Conference regular season at home March 28 th at Norbrock Stadium. They host the Okanagan College Coyotes.
