-A trip to Eastern Canada for the Thompson Rivers University WolfPack women's basketball team.
The Pack will be heading to the nation's capital of Ottawa, Ontario. They are one of four teams to play at an exhibition tournament which is being hosted by the Carleton Ravens.
Thompson Rivers will meet the Bishop's Gaiters of Sherbrooke Quebec on Friday (Oct 4), and then take on the UQAM Citadins Saturday (Oct 5) before finishing the tournament on Sunday (Oct 6) against the host school.
Thompson Rivers is coming off an 81-52 defeat in Vancouver last weekend at the hands of UBC.
TRU opens up its Canada West regular season on Friday, November 1
st at the Tournament Capital Centre when they entertain the Trinity Western University Spartans. Tip off will be 5 pm.
