The WolfPack continued their best start to a Canada West season in program history last weekend. Patrick Izett and James Fraser both scored the first goals of their WolfPack careers to help the team record results of a 1-0 win and 1-1 tie in Victoria against the UVic Vikes. TRU is now undefeated through six games, holds a record of 2-0-4 and is tied at the top of the West Division standings with 10 points.

The team tied with them atop those standings? The Trinity Western Spartans who hosted the Fraser Valley Cascades last weekend. TWU defeated the Cascades 3-0 on Friday before being held to a 1-1 draw to move them to an identical record of 2-0-4.

Trinity Western recorded a 1-0 victory in Langley in the lone game these teams played in 2019.

2-8-3 – The WolfPack are 2-8-3 all-time in Canada West play against the Spartans, however they do hold a 2-2-2 record against the Spartans in Kamloops.
